Terms & Conditions: Upon registering for any of Kinetic Rehabilitation’s Professional Development, you automatically agree to the below terms & conditions
Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation via email within 2 working days of your registration and payment being received by Kinetic Rehabilitation. If you do not receive a confirmation letter, please contact Kinetic Rehabilitation on 02 4962 4000 or email info@kineticrehab.com.au.
Registration Fees
All registration fees are listed within the registration form and include GST.
Definitions:
ESSA Member: Applicable to all current financial ESSA members.
Non-Member: Applicable to anyone, including accredited persons, who are not current financial ESSA members.
ESSA CPD Points
Face-to-face courses
Full attendance of face to face courses is required to claim the applicable CPD points. A certificate of attendance will be provided to the delegate at the conclusion of the course, either via hard or soft copy.
Online self-paced courses
You have 12 months upon purchase of the self-paced course to complete the content.
Your completion certificate will be emailed to you upon completion of all course modules, the assessment and submission of our feedback request that will be emailed to you.
Audience Disclaimer
All accredited persons, regardless of any professional development completed/attended must refer to their accreditation’s Scope of Practice, and only treat/practice within the same.
Payment Policy
• All Professional Development must be fully paid before registration is confirmed
• Payment can be made via direct deposit or credit card (Visa and MasterCard only)
• Some payments made via credit card will incur a non-refundable 1.2% merchant fee (this will be advised at time of payment).
• To receive the earlybird rate (if applicable), registration and payment must be received by Kinetic Rehabilitation by the nominated date. If payment is not received by this date, the registration fee will automatically be amended to the standard rate.
Cancellation Policy
Face-to-face courses
If you wish to cancel your registration, written notice must be provided to Kinetic Rehabilitation at info@kineticrehab.com.au. Cancellation fees are below (based on the day of written notification):
30 days prior to workshop: Full refund provided
29 – 15 days prior to workshop: 50% of your registration fee
14 – 0 days prior to workshop: No refund provided
Online self-paced courses
Refunds are not available for any of our online self-paced courses, it is your responsibility to make sure that you are available for your course or to complete it in the allocated time frame for online courses. Course credits maybe offered and this will be determined on a case by case basis.
If Kinetic Rehabilitation have to cancel a course for any reason, full refunds or credits will be offered to participants.
Substitution Policy
Substitutes/Replacements are welcome. A minimum of 3 working days’ notice is required providing full details of substitute attendee. Please forward information to info@kineticrehab.com.au.
Registration Numbers
All of Kinetic Rehabilitations professional development have a strict maximum number. Once this number is reached, no further registrations will be accepted. A waitlist will be offered if this occurs.
If insufficient registrations are reached Kinetic Rehabilitation reserve the right to cancel any course and 100% of your registration fee will be refunded. Kinetic Rehabilitation take no responsibility for any additional costs incurred by the delegate.
Waitlist
To be placed on the waitlist, please complete the online or manual registration form and forward to Kinetic Rehabilitation, with payment details listed. When/if a place becomes available Kinetic Rehabilitation will contact the next person on the waitlist with an option to join the workshop. Due to the popularity of this workshop, acceptance of delegate place must be received within 24 hours of notice, or it will be understood by Kinetic Rehabilitation that the delegate offer has been declined. No payment will be charged until delegate place is guaranteed. The waitlist is on a strict “first in-best dressed” basis. Standard terms & conditions apply.

Introduction
Kinetic rehabilitation regards customer privacy as an important part of our relationship with our customers. The following privacy policy applies to all Kinetic rehabilitation users, and conforms to Internet privacy standards. Collection of Information
In order to use the Kinetic Rehabilitation website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible. All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including Email. Any information collected by Kinetic Rehabilitation is collected via correspondence from you. This may be via the telephone, Email, mail, fax or directly through our website.
Use of Collection Information
Any details collected from Kinetic Rehabilitation customers is required in order to provide you with our products and/or services, and a high level of customer service. Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our staff development.
Storage of Collected Information
The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) on our website, we use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
Communications
Kinetic Rehabilitation uses personally identifiable information for essential communications, such as Emails, accounts information, and critical service details. We may also use this information for other purposes, including some promotional Emails. If at any time a customer wishes not to receive such correspondence, they can request to be removed from any mailing lists by emailing us at info@kineticrehab.com.au. Third Parties
Kinetic Rehabilitation may at its discretion use other third parties to provide essential services on our site or for our business processes. We may share your details as necessary for the third party to provide that service.
These third parties are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose. Kinetic Rehabilitation does not share any information with third parties for any unknown or unrelated uses.
Legal
We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Website.
Security Policy
Kinetic rehabilitation uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions.
eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured payments.
• Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
• Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Kinetic Rehabilitation or any outside party.

Payments terms
All prices are GST inclusive and subject to change
All prices and transactions processed on this website are deemed to be effected in Australia and in Australian dollars only and, unless otherwise stated.
For on-line orders we are only able to accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club.
If payment is made using a credit card issued outside Australia, any currency conversion will be done according to the terms and conditions of the card. They may be a current conversion fee charged by your card issuer. Credit card payments are processed through a Merchant Facility of our choosing.
DIRECT DEBITING TERM
Kinetic rehabilitation may offer payment plans of our courses via weekly, fortnightly or monthly instalments via our arrangement with Web Active Corporation Pty Ltd trading as eWAY and their Direct Debit Agent Corum eCommerce Pty Ltd. If you pay monthly, the number of payments is twelve (12) payments per annum. Should you elect to pay via monthly direct debit, your attendance will automatically occur unless the sessions are cancelled by you by written notice to Kinetic rehabilitation at least thirty (30) days prior to the payments ceasing. We reserve the right to cancel the Direct Debit arrangement if three (3) or more drawings are returned unpaid by your nominated financial institute and to arrange with you an alternative payment method.
Kinetic Rehabilitation reserves the right to cancel any training session whereupon Kinetic Rehabilitation will provide a full refund of any registration fee paid.
